Welcome to the website of the Diaconia of the Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren (ECCB)

The calling of the Diaconia of the ECCB is to help all those who need assistance because of age, illness, or other crisis situations in their lives.

Diaconia provides its services to everybody, without making any distinction because of their religious or other beliefs, their nationality, colour, or sex. Its aim in providing its services is to help its clients become integrated into society and to live a life of dignity, in spite of the disadvantages they experience.

Services are provided in the social, medical, educational and pastoral fields in 33 Diaconia centres situated in 13 districts of the Czech Republic.
